REFUNDS

We can offer a refund or exchange on any item bought online within 14 days of the receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not offer refund or exchange on certain items such as pierced jewellery and cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately items bought online cannot be returned to store.

Please ensure you tell us your order number on your returns form we send you with your order along with your original invoice. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

We reserve the right not to refund you if items are returned to us outside the terms of Returns Policy as stated above.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
